The alternatives similar to this product are S3910-24TS and S3900-24T4S. These two products are close to Mikrotik in terms of ports. Compared with Mikrotik, these two products have two more SFP+ interfaces. The S3910-24TS is an L2+ switch that supports L2 and many L3 functions (such as RIP and OSPF), but is more expensive.
