My two devices are different and I want to use 1g bidi module to connect, do I just need to choose the corresponding brand of compatibility, is there anything else I need to pay attention to?

Yes, you need to choose the compatible module of the corresponding brand and you also need to make sure that the wavelength of bidi modules used at both ends should be matched, eg, one end uses 1270nm-TX/1330nm-RX, and the other end should use 1330nm-TX/1270nm-RX. by R***o on 08/25/2021
