I tried to use the MonitorOnline software provided with the chassis. A SQL engine is required, so I installed SQL EXPRESS 2019 (Free SQL version). I configured the SQL engine as explained in the doc, but MonitorOnline.exe always fail to connect. Checked everything but no way (No firewall, SQL and Monitor installed on the same machine). Does the SQL Express have know issues ?

Yes, the SQL Express has issues, it's better to purchase the SQL Express genuine software. You can choose these two following software versions : Microsoft SQL Server 2016 (RTM) - 13.0.1601.5 (X64) Apr 29 2016 23:23:58 Copyright (c) Microsoft Corporation Enterprise Edition (64-bit) on Windows 10 Pro 6.3
