Does this cabinet include the brackets so that I can bolt the unit to the floor? The video shows there are captive nuts for them but I don't see them mentioned in the installation guide

The brackets are included when we shipped out 42U GR600-Series Black Server Cabinet 600 x 1100mm with 2 PDU Brackets and Adjustable Fixed Shelves #73958, we will ship #73958 fully assembled and use the brackets during shipping to secure the cabinet frame. by FS.com on 11/07/2022
