Mellanox MMA1T00-HS compatible transceivers You got the MMA1T00-VS compatible, which are supposed to be the ethernet version of the HS (HS being Infiniband) The optics probably don't care about what protocol runs on top of them, but I don't know for sure. A Mellanox Infiniband switch, I don't know the exact model number I only know it is HDR200 Infiniband

Theoretically, the FS for Mellanox MMA1T00-VS Compatible 200GBASE-SR4 Transceiver Module can support the ethernet version of the HS. But in order to achieve a better connection, we suggested placing a test order first to try our QSFP in your Mellanox Infiniband switch. by FS.com on 02/12/2022
