Can the WiFi Access Points be on different networks, while the controller is on a separate network too, but still manage the APs? Or do all the APs have to be on the same network as the controller?

No need for all APs to be on the same network as the controller. If AC needs to manage AP, AC itself needs to access AP. So they are also available even on different networks, provided that the AC can access the AP. by FS.com on 01/27/2022
