Actually, the wall plate you mentioned already has an adapter. Of cource you can take out the original adapter and put another one, like a sc footprint adapter #48503, but these keystone jacks can't fit the hole size. If you need a wall plate to install the keystone jacks, I suppose #20225 is ok. by N***i on 01/18/2022
