My application requires that the transmit (Tx) of one transceiver in my ENET switch connect to the receive (Rx) of the transceiver in another ENET switch. The documentation leads me to believe that’s how the cable is configured but it’s not clear. I went ahead and purchased the cable at the above link. All I wanted to know is if I can disassemble the LC duplex to swap which side of the connector the LCs are on (in case I misinterpreted the document). I haven’t gotten a clear or confident answer on that. I think I will be able to make it work with parts that I have around.

You can first remove the buckle on the jumper to make the duplex jumper into two simplex jumpers. The jumpers are marked with A1, A2, B1, and B2. Note that A1B1 corresponds to A2B2, that is, to insert A1 into the TX, you need to insert B1 into the corresponding RX. If B2 is inserted into the TX end, you need to Insert A2 into the corresponding RX. by S***y on 12/29/2021
