I know the cable ends at each of the QSFP transceivers need to be female. I’m just not clear on whether cable at patch panels needs to be female or male…

When connecting the patch panel, you will need to use a female MTP connector on one side and a male MTP Connector on the other side, so they can match. by D***d on 12/06/2021
