Solved my problem, much more sturdy than the other bracket I got off eBay which bent before I could even install it. This bracket too a lot of abuse during the installation process to a non-standard mounting location and survived. It is now holding my PDUs very securely.

I used these to install PDUs in my rack. They are very sturdy and once they are screwed into the rack, they hold the 19" PDUs securely. All the screws come with them, which is very convenient.
