Free Shipping Policy

Customers can enjoy FREE SHIPPING on orders over $79 from our Seattle warehouse to the United States.

  • Free UPS 2nd Day Air® for standard in-store orders of less than 50lbs in the United States.
  • Free UPS Ground for standard in-store orders of more than 50lbs in the United States.

Note: Our free shipping policy may exclude some heavy or large items.

If you order by 4:30 pm (pacific standard time) Monday-Friday and we will ship it the same day!
In United States, If customers need the order immediately, FS is proud to provide NEXT DAY Air service, while the overnight service is charged.

Tax Issue

For domestic customers, if your shipping address is in Washington, we will charge you a 10% sales tax according to Washington State tax rates.
But if you have a Tax Exemption Certification, no sales tax will be needed.

Return Policy & Warranty

FS provide a 30-day return & exchange service for ANY reason on our products.
For all return & exchanges within 30 days, we will undertake the shipping fee’s both ways if the return is caused in fault of FS, such as a quality issue.
